耕地利用可持续集约化时空差异分析——以江西省为例

Analysis of spatial and temporal differences in sustainable intensification of cultivated land use: a case study of Jiangxi Province

  • 摘要: 耕地利用可持续集约化为破解粮食安全与资源环境约束之间的矛盾提供了一种新的研究范式。本文运用能值核算法测度了江西省2001至2021年耕地利用过程中的投入产出流,以评估其耕地利用可持续集约化(SICLU)水平,并利用主成分分析法探究了SICLU水平与社会经济发展水平的协调程度。结果表明:1)在耕地利用过程中,表土净损失是耕地系统恢复力的1.75倍,给耕地保护带来巨大压力;农产品产出上升38.59%,废弃物排放上升21.75%。2)耕地生态系统能值生产率(EPR)和能值产出率(EYR)分别上升32.86%和35.52%;环境负载率(ELR)下降13.19%,环境经济效率(EE)上升9.07%。各地级市的能值生产率在整个研究期间未低于5.45,除南昌市外,其他地级市的能值产出率呈波动上升(范围为5.51~18.74),环境负载率为1.64~5.78,环境经济效率为0.30~1.09。3)江西省SICLU水平呈波动上升趋势,2020年达到峰值33.70,总体上升24.26%,且各地级市均有所上升,其自西南向东北的空间格局未发生明显变化。4)虽然各地级市的SICLU水平与社会经济发展水平不协调,但社会经济发展对SICLU水平的影响日益显著。相关部门应优化耕地系统投入结构,降低表土净损失;改善农作物种植结构和空间布局,完善生态补偿制度;因地制宜,促进SICLU与社会经济的协调发展。

     

    Abstract: Sustainable intensification of cultivated land use provides a new research paradigm for addressing the contradiction between food security and resource and environmental constraints. This study employs the energy accounting method to measure the input-output flow in cultivated land use in Jiangxi Province from 2001 to 2021, assessing the level of sustainable intensification of cultivated land use (SICLU). Additionally, principal component analysis is used to explore the degree of coordination between SICLU and the level of socio-economic development. The results indicate that: 1) From the input-output perspective, the net loss of topsoil during cultivated land use is 1.75 times greater than the resilience of the cultivated land system, placing significant pressure on land protection. Agricultural output and waste discharge increased by 38.59% and 21.75%, respectively. 2) The energy productivity rate (EPR) and energy yield rate (EYR) of the cultivated land ecosystem in Jiangxi Province increased by 32.86% and 35.52%, respectively. The environmental load ratio (ELR) decreased by 13.19%, while environmental economic efficiency (EE) rose by 9.07%. Throughout the study period, emergy productivity in each prefecture-level city remained above 5.45. The emergy output rate fluctuated between 5.51 and 18.74 (excluding Nanchang City), with ELR fluctuating between 1.64 and 5.78, and EE ranging from 0.30 to 1.09. 3) The SICLU index in Jiangxi Province displayed a fluctuating upward trend, peaking at 33.70 in 2020, reflecting an overall increase of 24.26%. All prefecture-level cities showed an increase, with the spatial pattern remaining unchanged, progressing from southwest to northeast. 4) Although SICLU levels are not aligned with socio-economic development levels, the influence of socio-economic development on SICLU is becoming increasingly evident. It is recommended that relevant departments optimize the input structure of the cultivated land system to reduce topsoil loss, improve crop planting structures and spatial layouts, and enhance the ecological compensation system. Localized strategies should be implemented to promote the coordinated development of SICLU and socio-economic progress.
